1.2 Where's the Boat Parade?

Zach LOVED the Boat Parade at the end of 2009. We watched it 3 out of the 5 nights it was on while we had a Staycation at our friend's house on the peninsula. He watched with awe as giant santas and snowmen went floating by, and clapped to the music and danced with the 'disco duffy'. Tonight we walked around Balboa Island to look at the Christmas lights before they are taken down and he just wanted to know where the boat parade was.
